The electric cream separator Milky FJ 90 PP is the cheapest and the smallest one of the Milky cream separators line.
Such advantages as anodized aluminum disks inside the drum or very durable high-quality polycarbonate make this model much better than cream separators of other brands.
By the “anodized discs,” we refer to aluminum discs coated with a special protective oxide layer of approximately 14 micrometers. This layer prevents the aluminum from reacting with the acidity of milk and significantly reduces direct contact between the metal and the product.
As a result, both the aluminum drum and internal discs are anodized, meaning they are protected by this stable oxide coating, which effectively prevents oxidation and corrosion. This is why anodized aluminum is widely used in food-processing equipment, offering much greater durability and chemical resistance compared to untreated aluminum.

How to use a cream separator:
Gently warm the milk to around 30–35 °C before separating, as milk that is too cold may not separate efficiently. Switch the separator on, then pour the milk into the milk container and begin separating.
How much cream can you get?:
- from 10 litres of milk you will get about 1 litre of cream;
- the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3.2%, you will get cream with 32% of fat;
- if you need cream with less fat content, you can mix it with low-fat milk which you get during separation.
- it is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 litres (two bowls) of milk.
