Milky FJ 100 PF is a perfect multi-purpose kettle of medium size for pasteurization, producing cheese, yogurt, and all types of milk treatment. It is also usable for the pasteurization of fruit juices, heating calf milk, the liquidation of honey, the production of honey wax, etc.

This milk pasteurizer machine is great for a small-scale dairy!

You don’t need a lot of milk! A maximum capacity of 110 litres is perfect for micro-dairy. The minimum capacity is 30 litres. A 6 kW heater can warm the milk up to 94°C. The automatic mixer is included and works with 104 Rpm.

With this milk pasteurizer machine, you will dramatically save time!

The pasteurizer Milky FJ 100 PF has an electronic control panel. There you can set:
1. Temperature. Pasteurizer will reach and hold the temperature you need. Extra thermometer for a double check;
2. Time. Pasteurizer will hold the necessary temperature for as long as you need. When the set time is over the heater will switch off.

This pasteurizer, cheese, and yogurt kettle Milky FJ 100 PF has a wall strength of 1,2mm between the second and third chamber guaranteeing a perfect heat transfer from the heating water to the inner liquid. Especially formed and precisely closing cover prevents evasion of steam and a flow on the outer wall.

After ensuring the proper connections of the cooling water hose to the inlet and the drain hose to the hot water outlet, slowly open the valve on your water source.
The machine will handle the rest automatically when needed, as shown by the blue light.
