Milky FJ 50 PF is a perfect multi-purpose kettle of medium size for pasteurization, producing cheese, yogurt, and all types of milk treatment. It is also usable for the pasteurization of fruit juices, heating calf milk, the liquidation of honey, the production of honey wax, etc.

You don’t need a lot of milk! A maximum capacity of 55 litres is perfect for micro-dairy. The minimum capacity is 25 litres. A 3 kW heater can warm the milk up to 94°C.

The pasteurizer Milky FJ 50 PF has an electronic control panel. There you can set:
1. Temperature. Pasteurizer will reach and hold the temperature you need. Extra thermometer for a double check;
2. Time. Pasteurizer will hold the necessary temperature for as long as you need. When the set time is over the heater will switch off.

After ensuring the proper connections of the cooling water hose to the inlet and the drain hose to the hot water outlet, slowly open the valve on your water source.
